Get started with ROADv2

ROADv2 is a comprehensive genome-wide expression analytics web database for rice (Oryza Sativa)

Previous version of the Rice Oligonucleotide Array Database(ROAD) has been instrumental in providing comprehensive gene expression profiles of rice (Oryza sativa) by integrating microarray data from various platforms.
However, the use of fixed microarray platforms has led to data obsolescence and limited transcriptome capabilities.
To address these shortcomings, we introduce the Rice Online expression profiles Array Database version 2 (ROAD2), a new and extensive web database for genome-wide expression analytics, specifically tailored for functional genomics research of rice, based on RNA-seq data.
ROADv2 is anticipated to revitalize functional genomics research on rice, providing researchers with a user-friendly platform to analyze and comprehend their gene of interest.
